encore elite parent association
The Encore Elite Parent Association (EEPA) is a parent-run volunteer organization to provide support to Encore Elite Wildcatz, its coaches and cheerleaders.
Our goals are:
1. Enhance the sense of community across the Encore Elite Wildcatz family
2. Provide Fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help offset costs of the program for individual cheerleaders
3. Increase communication and coordination of activities between parents, coaches and cheerleaders .
The EEPA will be made up of four (4) Officers as well as Committee Leads and Parent Volunteers. Its success depends greatly on the efforts of many others.
Officer Positions are appointed by the gym owners and those positions are responsible for activities including: Open House/Evaluations and Kick-Off/Parent Meetings as well as oversight of Committees and USASF management. These Officers are responsible for ensuring that Committee’s jobs are completed and will need to step in and help Committees when necessary. These Officers will work very closely with gym owners and coaches. The expectation is that these roles are filled by people who have the time to commit, are organized, and are role models for the Encore Elite Wildcatz Program and Athletes.
