Spectators:
Please remember to look for spectator viewing and get loud for all of our teams! Replays are always available on Varsity TV, so phones down and voices up! We will send the screen recorded video from varsity TV to all athletes and parents. The athletes feed off your energy - GET LOUD!! Your energy plays into their performance and effects the score sheet so get loud! Don't forget to wear your Encore gear to support your favorite athlete!

Parking & Entrance:
- Parking is lot and garage parking around Santander Arena. It will likely be very crowded, please give yourself plenty of time to park and walk into the venue.
Athlete Appearance:
Shoes need to be changed into cheer sneakers once parked at the venue.
If your athlete is layering over top of their uniform for the drive there, please make sure they do not forget any pieces underneath. Please write your athletes initials in the tag of their leo and their skirt. Athletes must be 100% competition ready (meaning hair and makeup done) once they meet with coaches.
**LABEL EVERYTHING**
Self Tans:
We absolutely love a good self tan but our uniforms have more white than ever this season so just some reminders. Tans need to be done in advance so the solution or lotion can be rinsed in the morning before the competition then just apply regular lotion on comp day. If tanner is put on and not rinsed off it will likely transfer onto the white on their uniforms and will likely stain. Please remind athletes no tanner on comp days, needs to be done the day before and rinsed prior to putting on uniform.
Hair:
TN: Pigtails curled with black scrunchies
TP: Pigtails curled with red scrunchies
Mini teams: High pony with light curls and tease, white bow (will get this week)
Ponys need to be neat and clean. Please no fly aways, bumps or loose ponys - strong grip hair spray is a must. Spray the hair you are pulling up with water then spray it with hair spray to help keep the hold. Also, use a bristle brush to smooth it out. After hair is up, spray again then smooth back all bumps to surround the pony, then put another ponytail holder in on top of the one that is already in to really secure the tight pony. Spray one last time and finish hair.
Make-Up:
Neutral smoky eye in brown/champagne/nude tones. Eyeliner, mascara, bronzer and blush are a must. Lipstick is required and we will continue to use a dark red shade (VOYAGER by Maybelline is a great example) - can be purchased at most Drugstores, Target or Walmart. MUST BE A COLOR STAY!!!!!
